Wales Festival of Remembrance
Your Tickets
Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded and cannot be resold.
​If an event is cancelled, you will be offered a credit voucher or a refund.
If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid on the date of the rescheduled event.
Refunds will only cover the face value of the tickets and will not include associated booking fees, delivery charge and/or recovery levy. Refunds or exchanges must be requested from your point of purchase and can only be claimed by the person who made the booking.
Only tickets purchased through TicketSource or on this website are valid for admission.
Reselling a ticket, makes it void and the ticketholder may be refused entry. Tickets sold via third parties and other unauthorised outlets, including online auction sites, are not valid for admission.
RBL reserves the right to make alterations to the advertised programme.

Admission, Tickets & Refunds
By booking and purchasing your ticket(s) to one of our events you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Tickets will be emailed to you at the email address registered.
The organisers and venue operator reserve the right to refuse admission to any person who appears to be under the influence of drink and/or drugs or who, in the reasonable opinion of the organisers or venue operator, poses a threat to the security, safety or enjoyment of others attending the event, without entitlement to refund or compensation.
No admission will be permitted without a valid ticket. Lost, stolen or damaged tickets are not the responsibility of the event organisers and will not be replaced.
You must present your ticket with the barcode displayed in order to gain entry to the event. If the barcode is defaced or otherwise cannot be scanned, you may not be able to gain entry to the event. Once a barcode has been scanned it cannot be used again.
We advise you not to show or post images of your barcode on social media as these could allow someone else access on the barcode; only the first scan of the barcode will gain entry; any subsequent presentation of a ticket with the same barcode will be denied access. Please treat your ticket as you would cash. The venue /organisers accept no responsibility or liability for any unauthorised use of a ticket or barcode.
Age Policy
Challenge 25 operates on all bars at the venue. If you have purchased a ticket and are fortunate enough to look under the age of the 25, you will be required to provide ID that proves your age. If you cannot provide ID proving that you are aged 18 or over, you will be unable to buy age-restricted products at the bars.
Accepted ID includes original valid photographic driving licence, proof of age card with PASS hologram or a passport. Photocopies, bank cards or images stored on your phone or other electronic devices will not be accepted.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during an event. All such children are the responsibility of their accompanying adult at all times while at the event. While we do not expect older children and teenagers to be with their parent or guardian at all times, we do expect them to know the location of their adult within the event venue and have means of contacting them or have agreed meeting points. The guardian is responsible at all times for minors; in the event of failure to monitor the behaviour and activities of those in their care, we reserve the right to evict the guardian(s) and minor(s) from the site without entitlement to refund or compensation.
General
The special guest and stage line-up, and all billed attractions may be subject to change at any time without notice.
Trading or other commercial activity by any ticket holder within the event site is strictly prohibited except with the organiser’s prior written consent.
Rubbish and other unwanted items must be disposed of using the bins and recycling points provided.
Anti-social behaviour (including but not limited to any urination or defecation in places other than respectfully in the designated toilets) will not be tolerated and will result in ejection from the site without entitlement to refund or compensation.
Strictly no animals (with the exception of Assistance Dogs) will be allowed on the site.
Some elements of our events may use pyrotechnics, lasers, smoke machines, loud music, strobe lighting and special effects. If you have any specific questions relating to your requirements, please contact us.
All items unattended and/or presumed lost or mislaid identified at an event will be handed to and managed by venue security.
Only food and beverage purchased on site at the event will be permitted to be consumed at the event. Ticket holders are not permitted to bring any food or drink items (whether alcoholic or non-alcoholic) into the site.
Persons who cause any damage to the venue, our property or third-party property, whether deliberate or accidental, while at the event will be liable for the cost of repair or replacement, or loss of the items.
Security & Safety
The event and the venue has a rigorous search process at the entrances into the venue, and you may be searched on entry. We therefore ask you restrict bags and possessions to a minimum. Please also consider the size of your bag – we recommend just one small bag or handbag.
The following items may not be brought into the event site: knives (including locking knives) or other weapons, sound systems, glass bottles (excluding small bottles containing makeup or perfume), fireworks, explosives, BBQs, smoke and gas canisters, air horns, flares, laser devices, drones and unmanned aerial vehicles, sky lanterns, or open bottles of any kind of liquid that can be consumed, food preparing equipment, or any other items that we believe in our sole discretion to be capable of injuring or causing nuisance to others. If you are found to be in possession of any such items, these shall be confiscated, and the event organiser and venue operator reserve the right to refuse entry or evict all persons found in possession of prohibited items without entitlement to refund or compensation.
Drunken, disorderly, or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated by any event or venue staff and we reserve the right to evict any ticket holder from the event premises if he/she/they appear(s) to be under the influence of drink and/or drugs, is carrying any offensive weapon(s) or illegal substances, is acting aggressively or inconsiderately to others, behaves in a manner that causes or is likely to cause damage, injury or nuisance to others or otherwise, in the reasonable opinion of the organisers or venue operator, poses a threat to the security, safety or enjoyment of others attending the event, without entitlement to refund or compensation.
Media Policy & Filming On Site
Ticket holders grant permission for filming and sound recording of themselves as members of the audience at the event and to utilisation of the holder’s image or likeness for marketing and promotional purposes including any live or recorded television or other transmission or reproduction in whole or in part of the event.
Official media or event photographers will wear a Press/Media Pass; and no other professional or commercial filming or photography is permitted without express prior written consent from the event organisers.
Anyone using cameras or filming equipment (including all mobile devices) are expected to be courteous to their fellow event attendees and ask permission before taking any up-close shots. Please do not take pictures of or video record children other than your own or those in your party. If it is brought to our attention that a picture or video has been or is being taken without permission or without an official press or media pass, you will be required to delete the material and the photographer may be evicted from the event without entitlement to refund or compensation.
Photographs taken at our events cannot be included in any sponsored programme or in any form of advertising or commercial promotion without our duly authorised express, prior and specific written approval.
Personal Data
Unless you specifically consent to our using it for other purposes, we will only hold and process the personal data you provide when you purchase tickets for our events for the purposes of issuing the ticket(s), operating the event, allowing you entry to the event, and for our own internal marketing purposes (including, but not limited to, determining improvements that can be made to our future events). Such processing will be in accordance with the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation, or any successor or other legislation that applies in the UK.
Except where the context requires otherwise, the terms of the privacy notice published on our website will apply to our processing of your personal data.
Important Information
Loud music can damage hearing.
RBL and ICC Wales accepts no responsibility for any personal property brought to the venue.
Customers planning on driving to ICC Wales are advised not to leave valuables in their car.
CCTV is in operation on the premises for the purposes of crime prevention and detection.
Please consider our neighbours and leave ICC Wales quietly.
Amendments
We reserve the right to amend or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions apply to your ticket purchase with immediate effect from the date of publication on our website.
